Tout accompagnement implique une juste distance.
Avec nos enfants, petits-enfants, nos aînés, mais aussi avec les migrants ou les personnes que nous accueillons dans nos activités professionnelles ou associatives, nous sommes appelés à chercher cette juste distance qui suppose écoute de soi-même et lucidité. L’accompagnant, qu’il soit professionnel ou bénévole, doit être autant que possible au clair avec ses motivations et ses attentes. Cette nécessaire réflexion lui permet d’être efficace tout en respectant profondément la liberté de celui ou celle qu’il accompagne. L’accompagnement, tradition très ancienne dans le compagnonnage, s’est développé depuis peu dans de nombreux champs professionnels. Souvent à l’oeuvre dans le milieu médical et paramédical, l’exercice de l’accompagnement se développe dans les univers sociaux professionnels divers : l’insertion sociale, scolaire et professionnelle, la psychologie, et plus particulièrement dans le cadre de cette soirée du 28 septembre, en relation avec des publics en situation de précarité : demandeurs d’asile, familles éclatées, décrocheurs sociaux, personnes de la rue, etc. C’est à cette démarche que nous sommes invités lors de cette conférence/débat, grâce à une réflexion théorique illustrée par de nombreux exemples, tirés de contextes variés, suivie d’un échange avec les participants.
L’intervenant, JEAN-CHRISTOPHE TAINTURIER (ACCORDS COACHING, Besançon) est Conseiller Conjugal et Familial depuis plus de 15 ans, Coach Professionnel accrédité ACTP et enseignant à l’Université de Franche-Comté. Il a accompagné dans divers contextes des personnes, des couples mais aussi des associations ou organisations autour de problématiques variées mettant en jeu cette question de la juste distance. Il a également une pratique de terrain, ayant eu des responsabilités dans plusieurs associations.
